About
This site documents the progress of my Master’s thesis on digital sustainability. It records updates on the research, gathers the (re)sources I use, and provides a chronological view of the work carried out.
Research Focus
The blog concentrates on the environmental impact of digital systems and explores ways to make them more sustainable. It presents examples, best‑practice guidelines, proposals, and ideas that can be useful for developers and designers working in this area.
Background
Originally a trained biologist I have now more than ten years of experience as an interaction designer and developer. My interdisciplinary background shapes the approach taken in this research, linking ecological thinking with digital design. Aside from doing my Masters in Eco-Social Design at HSLU, I work as interaction designer and developer at Lucid.
